About me
Roland Rathelot is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Warwick. His current research deals with the job-search process, discrimination against ethnic minorities, and residential segregation. He is a research affiliate at the Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).
His work has been published in several outlets, including the Quarterly Journal of Economics, the American Sociological Review, the Economic Journal, and the Journal of Business and Economic Statistics.
Roland Rathelot joined CReAM as an external fellow in August 2012.
