Senior Research Officer

Marco Alfano read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Pembroke College, University of Oxford and obtained a MSc in Economics at London School of Economics in 2005. During his doctoral studies at the University of Warwick he worked as an intern at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the World Health Organization. He spent six months on an academic exchange at CEMFI in Madrid. From 2009 onwards he has been as a consultant for The World Bank working on the migration of physicians. His research interests are applied labour economics, microeconometrics and development economics.

Marco Alfano joined CReAM in September 2010.
